Return Policy

Items purchased directly from CoLibrì System or colibriusa.com may be returned within 15 days of purchase them for a refund, certain conditions appy. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 15 days from purchase. Returns are possible only within the United States. See terms and conditions below. 

Customers must request the return via this form within 15 days of purchase regarding any discrepancies or problems with the order. Claims received after this deadline will not be processed.  

Returns cannot be processed unless customers provide proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, etc.) 

A 20% restocking fee will be applied on CoLibrì machines and welding bars. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to CoLibrì covers. Boxes of covers cannot be returned after opening. In cases of supplier error, such as delivered products not matching order, the customer will not be responsible for shipping costs or the restocking fee.  

The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item(s) to CoLibrì's warehouse. Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging and condition. This is why we recommend you keep your packaging after you receive your items.   

Items that have been used, modified, or damaged in any way by the customer will not be eligible for return. Returns will be inspected upon delivery to warehouse and no refund will be issued if items are damaged, visibly used, modified or not in original packaging.  

After a returned item has been received and inspected by CoLibrì System, a credit or refund will be issued.
