COLIBRÌ COVER SYSTEM WARRANTY

The CoLibrì Cover System you have purchased is an innovative book covering system comprised of the automatic book covering machine, covers, and/or pouches. CoLibrì System (“CoLibrì”) provides a manufacturer’s warranty only on its automatic book covering machines (i.e. e-DaVinci and e-Leonardo).

CoLibrì warrants its automatic book covering machines against defects in material or workmanship, as follows:

New CoLibri book covering machines are covered by a product warranty lasting 2 years or 10,000 cuts from the date of purchase, whichever comes first. Within this period, CoLibrì will, at no charge, replace the defective machine. Within the first 12-months of the warranty, CoLibrì will provide a replacement new machine; in the second 12-months CoLibrì will provide a certified refurbished machine.

Refurbished CoLibrì book covering machines are covered by a product warranty lasting 1 year or 5,000 cuts from the date of purchase, whichever comes first. Within this period, CoLibrì will, at no charge, replace the defective machine with another refurbished machine.

CoLibrì ’s Limited Warranty does not cover any obvious physical damage, any attempt to modify the machine or any improper use of the machine including its use without genuine CoLibrì cover and pouch materials.

Our Limited Warranty does not cover the welding bar as this is a standard component subject to wear and tear. Please refer to the User Manual for tips on how to care for the welding bar and when it needs to be replaced.

Also, our Limited Warranty does not cover the genuine CoLibrì custom covers or archival pouches.

We advise customer to register their product as soon as possible after delivery via the QR code on the machine or by visiting this link. Note that without registration and/or proof of purchase, the warranty will be voided.

We recommend you keep the original box and packaging in case you have to move, store, or ship your machine. Prior to moving your machine, it is very important you place the two cardboard sections underneath the cutting bar. This will keep the top of the machine from closing when it is moved or transported.

If your CoLibrì machine is not working properly, please reach out to . After our Customer Service personnel has assessed the issue, you will be instructed on how to resolve it or if necessary, how to return the machine. While under warranty, standard freight will be paid by CoLibrì System.
